• 1-hour classes: 4:30–5:30 PM

• 1.5-hour class: 4:25–5:55 PM

• Classes will open with a minimum of 4 students.

• Except for Calligraphy, all classes are 1.5 hours long.

Our Instructors

• Ms. Peng has extensive experience in theater production and will guide students in learning Chinese idioms through storytelling, acting, and performance.

• Mr. Simon has a background as a basketball player and will teach students fundamental basketball skills and techniques.

• Ms. Nie is a professional artist and calligraphy instructor who will introduce students to traditional Chinese calligraphy and artistic techniques.

• Ms. Liu has more than 15 years of Chinese teaching experience. She is warm, patient, and dedicated to creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment for students.

• Ms. Wang has more than 20 years of Chinese teaching experience. She is a curriculum developer for Little Lotus Academy’s Chinese program and has professional experience as a Chinese-language media journalist. She specializes in Chinese writing and language expression.

• Ms. Braz is a former Shen Yun dancer who toured internationally with Shen Yun Performing Arts for more than 8 years. She brings extensive training and performance experience in classical Chinese dance.

• Ms. Blanco is the Director of English Curriculum at Little Lotus Academy. She has many years of experience teaching English and Mathematics and brings extensive experience in classroom instruction and student learning.

• Mr. Pentchoukova is an accomplished chess player with strong chess skills and extensive experience. He will help students develop chess techniques, strategic thinking, and logical reasoning.

• Ms. Sophie is the Principal of Little Lotus Academy. She is passionate about crochet and enjoys creating a variety of handmade pieces, including sweaters, coasters, scarves, and more. She is warm, enthusiastic, and patient, and loves sharing the joy of crochet with students.

📢 Registration

       A minimum of 4 students is required for each class to open.

• Chess and Chinese Idiom Theater: Fridays

• Other classes: Flexible scheduling based on enrollment and teacher availability.

Age/Level Requirements:

• Advanced Chinese: Students at Chinese Grade 4 level or above

• Chess & Chinese Idiom Theater: Age 6 and above

• Basketball, Calligraphy & Crochet Crafts: Age 8 and above

Space is limited. We welcome students to choose classes that align with their interests and learning needs.
